Okay… I’m jumping the gun here. Honestly, I couldn’t tell you if the two have ever met, but at least one of the two has a desire to do so. Lolo Jones shared with Jay Leno her intentions of scheduling a date with Tim Tebow… after the Olympics of course.
What’s so interesting about this to me is her realization of the tactic she needs to embrace to ensure she will not be turned down. How will she do this? By her own admission, she plans to invite him to church.
Again and again I am impressed by the positive influence Tebow has on people. A match made in LoBow… a Bow-Lo? Regardless, it’s really refreshing to see a young man consistently expressing his faith in Jesus Christ. So much so that interested parties know they must go through his Savior’s body to gain access to him.

I don’t know the people mentioned, but I would agree that Christians in the limelight for any reason have a great opportunity to let their light shine, and an even greater responsibility to ensure it ALWAYS shines.

You’re right. It’s absolutely refreshing to see someone like Tim Tebow taking a stand for Christ. We all should be so bold.
