About mtsweat

Seeking the rest that is only promised and found in Christ Jesus, along with my treasured wife of more than twenty-five years, we seek to grow in our relationship with our Heavenly Father, walk with the Holy Spirit as He moves our hearts, loving others always as Jesus loves us, and carry the news of His glory, the wonderful gospel, that gives light and life where there once was only darkness.

One can, of course, say the same thing about ‘holiness.’ If people continue to strive for perfection without the driving force of God, the Holy Spirit, then failure is inevitable.
Obviously this is the problem for that pathetic, misguided right-wing extremist murderer who took it upon himself to perform what he calls “atrocious but necessary” acts of violence. His self-effort to gain attention for his ideology leads him straight to hell-on-earth.
    May God help us.
