About mtsweat

Seeking the rest that is only promised and found in Christ Jesus, along with my treasured wife of more than twenty-five years, we seek to grow in our relationship with our Heavenly Father, walk with the Holy Spirit as He moves our hearts, loving others always as Jesus loves us, and carry the news of His glory, the wonderful gospel, that gives light and life where there once was only darkness.

Be of good cheer my friend. You’ll be encouraged to know that another friend also wept at the original poster’s page… 🙂 It is indeed awesome to see this joy and emotion being demonstrated due to access to the Word. As I’ve already said, humbling. Blessings Carley!

  2. Thank you for sharing this. I think we that have freedom to worship take our Bibles and that freedom for granted. This makes it so clear that we should all cherish God’s Word every moment — we never know when our freedom can be taken away. God Bless.

How humbling it is to watch this knowing how casually I often treat my own Bible. I am thinkful for our Chinese brothers and sisters and their courage and faitfulness in difficult conditions. My prayer is that God would work wondrous miracles to help them take the gospel “back to Jerusalem.”

Thanks for sharing this MT. It was a blessing and it makes me realize how much I take the Word for granted. Humbling indeed.
