About mtsweat

Seeking the rest that is only promised and found in Christ Jesus, along with my treasured wife of more than twenty-five years, we seek to grow in our relationship with our Heavenly Father, walk with the Holy Spirit as He moves our hearts, loving others always as Jesus loves us, and carry the news of His glory, the wonderful gospel, that gives light and life where there once was only darkness.

  1. Well, you reeled me in.
Firstly, a lot of the references are geographically incorrect, even though we do have all except the man-eating koalas. They can scratch pretty badly, but they only eat gum leaves. We do have 7 of the most deadly snakes in the world and we do have giant spiders. The giant spiders are found at the top end, not around Sydney which is home to the deadly (smaller) funnel web spider.

Now, if I was to start a list of the ATTRACTIONS, you would be here for the next few days trying to read them all.

How I wish I knew how to add a pic here!
There is one ‘something’ which is being considered(?) for Australian roadsides which I’d love you to see.

Wow Mike, now I will have to pray for forgiveness, I’m coveting and you may already know why ….as they say for every wrong there is two rights, at least that is if we have the right focus, so America must be very positive as you can see from the link below, which means I have much to be jealous of, it has 2,451 Tips on South America’s Warnings or Dangers – so you can Stay Safe! x that by 2 Wow and that’s just in reference to South America what about the rest of America, Oh how can I ever stop coveting πŸ™„ anyway be careful you when you click on you don’t want to download any Dangers and problems or someone may try to make a monkey out of you πŸ™„

Really glad to hear ya’ll are well!!! We were greatly concerned!!! πŸ™‚ But yes, you are very right. Most of these terrors you contend with, we do also… except for man-eating koalas! Do those things really eat people???

I was wondering whether ya’ll or the Cloudwatcher and Graeme would catch this first. I couldn’t resist the urge to re-blog it when I came across it at Dr. Jim’s.

Man-eating koalas??? Those things look like teddy bears. Surely not? Blessings good friends! Checking out the competition now…

Hi Mike there no such thing as man eating Kolas like many articles on the Internet they are made up some even have photos but they are not genuine, unfortunately these types of negative fairy stories are copied and shared as fact on other websites, this is why we have so much error and confusion today especially in Theology . Cults have websites the same as other Denominations and their teaching which is based on man’s own understanding and their dogma not God’s Truth is passed on as fact.

Kolas like any other animals who are frightened will seek to defend themselves, yes some animals are predators and will hunt down to kill for food this is needed for survival but Kolas do not do this, see link below I promise no dangers except Evolution teaching which this website is known for and other errors in Christian Theology but it has also been copied and altered by others who fabricate and share their own deception claiming it’s Wikipedia but otherwise this website can be helpful.

Most people Mike have pride in their own Country of origin and it hurts when others put it down even when joking and as you know some jokes are not kind but I know this was not your intention Mike, like my Monkey Post it is so over the top you can’t take it seriously unless you have lost the joy of laughter but sometimes people are hurting so much that this is a reality. Mostly I look for positive articles and jokes unless there is something that needs to be taught by using a negative one and believe me people really believe they come from Apes even Christians but when seen face to face they will reject it because it belittles their worth as being made in God’s image, He is not an Ape.

As you said Mike about America, every Country has it’s dangers and it is the same with Christianity, so do we focus on those things that cause fear or do we focus on what is positive which is what God asks us to do Philippians 4:6-8 but this does not mean we reject the Scriptures that do not fit in with our own safe agenda, God’s Truth must be shared and accepted fully not just parts of it so we can have His big Picture, otherwise it is just a jigsaw puzzle where the parts don’t fit together.
